3. Booking and Reservations
Users agree to pay quoted fees, follow reservation schedules, and bookings are confirmed only after receiving a Booking ID and QR code.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Please review the Cancellation Policy. Free cancellations are generally available up to 24 hours before check-in.
5. User Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and follow parking rules. Owners must maintain facilities and honor confirmed reservations.

Park at your own risk. Claims related to vehicle damage or loss must be directed to the parking facility owner.
