1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ParkZipply website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ParkZipply acts as an intermediary platform connecting drivers needing parking ("Customers") with parking facility operators ("Owners"). We provide a reservation system but do not own, operate, or control the parking facilities listed on our platform.

3. Booking and Reservations

When you make a reservation through ParkZipply:

  • You agree to pay the total amount quoted at the time of booking, which includes the parking fee, taxes, and any applicable service fees.

  • Schedule-Driven Allocation: Your reservation is tied to a specific time window. Because our platform manages multiple back-to-back bookings for the same spot, arriving significantly early or staying past your scheduled check-out time directly impacts other users and may result in immediate additional overstay fees or towing at the Owner's discretion.

  • Your reservation is only guaranteed once you receive a confirmation email containing your Booking ID and QR code.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both Customers and Owners. Please review our detailed Cancellation Policy for specific rules. Generally, free cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Customers

As a Customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, color, and license plate) during booking.

  • Follow all instructions, signs, and rules established by the parking facility Owner.

  • Do not leave hazardous materials, living animals, or illegal items in your vehicle.

  • Park only in designated areas or spots assigned to you.

5.2 Owners

As a parking facility Owner, you agree to:

  • Maintain safe, well-lit, and accurately described parking facilities.

  • Honor all confirmed ParkZipply reservations. Once a spot is booked, Owners are prohibited from deactivating or retiring that spot until all scheduled bookings are completed or officially reassigned.

  • Ensure your Watchmen or ground staff are trained to scan ParkZipply QR codes efficiently.

  • Promptly address and resolve any Customer disputes regarding service quality.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Park at your own risk. ParkZipply is not legally responsible for any theft, damage, fire, or loss that occurs to your vehicle or its contents while parked at a facility booked through our Platform. Any claims for damages must be directed entirely to the respective parking facility Owner.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your ParkZipply account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and accept responsibility for any activities or actions under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Reviews and User Content

You may submit reviews regarding your parking experience. By submitting a review, you grant ParkZipply a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for reviews containing hate speech, harassment, fake information, or spam.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
